Zuo official resident is at middle segment, Zhongshan Road

, established in year Tongzhi, Qing dynasty, is the resident of Chaozhou general solider Zuo Xing. Zuo Xing, word Shijie, Jieyang people, alone and hard early years, later enter army in Qingzhou(Qingzhou Guangxi). Because valiancy and good at fighting get lots of battle achievement, get importance of court and promote. Ever is appointed frontier minister and governor general, ever praised as Dai Hua Ling and “Geliang Tuba”; when as frontier minister also obliged No 1 officer for three generation, retire in year 1868. Died at the age of 51, that is year 1879.

Zuo official resident is main body is three room building, wood girder structure, equipped flower base on two sides, in front of resident there is embed porcelain shine the wall, back there is garden and private drama stage, extremely elegant, now it is not exist. Rank as Chaozhou important cultural relic.
