Zhongshan College

Zhongshan College at the bank of Li brook, Taxia village, gold stone town, Xue Pei established in 1532, in 1517 after Xue pei get scholar, return to home. In year 1524, Xue Shan come back due to his mother’s die. Later teaching at Sangou hill, build ancestral temple and torii for his teacher, torii is about 6 meters high, 7 meters wide, three rooms and two layer whole stone structure, stable and high stand, simple, unsophisticated and spectacular. Carved “Zongshan College” on forehead, back carved “Stop”.

Zhongshan College past also called Zhongli College; sites only preserved a three gate four pole and two floor torii, Ming No 1 scholar Lin Daqin ever read here.
