Meilin Lake
At the foot of southeast tiger of Shanpu, Anpu, Guolong, Panlong and Fenglong three village surround. Lake surface more than 300 acre, several Zhang deep, land heave in southeast lake center, called ¡°Lake core¡±, about 8o acre. Lake around green grain like mattress all the year round, rive wave fragrant. Nearby there are ancient sea erode stone, Middle leave hole, white cloud rock and rock woods.
Early before 6,000 years, Meilin Lake locates in bay. Due to Han River rush and mud airslake gether, 2,000 years ago, here already formed land. Through surf erode, northwest Meilin Lake forming various ancient sea erode stone. Existent sea-erode stone, scatter in hill and field, shows mushroom, dolphin, sheep head, carp, turtle, boat sail, clam etc. these ancient sea erode on Meilin lakefront is important historical information in researching Chaozhou coastal landform changes.
