Chaozhou nosh

When put in dish, add some lettuce and pepper sauce, more delicious.
Duck egg twist£ºDuck egg twist is white, tender and fresh, sweet and mellow, shape like duck egg, float and sink when cooking, so called it. Facture is: snow powder mix with cool water, add boiled water to make seedcase; then use mung bean powder, pork grain, shrimp, add garlic, shallot white, fish dew and pepper as stuffing, nip into roundness, then braised till cooked.
Gold melon dasheen mashed: Gold melon dasheen mashed choose good dasheen peel off and braised till cooked, add granular sugar, lard, and shovel shear into dasheen mashed, then put in braised honey gold melon, again braised, that is. Gold dasheen mashed sweet and soft, fragrant and delicious.
Shuqu fruit: Shuqu fruit is choose good quality sticky rice, mix with lard and wild Shuqu grass made into seedcase, coat with dasheen mashed, sweetened bean paste, and use round seedcase mark to mark, then again braised, that is. Shuqu fruit soft and sweet possess natural fragrant of Shuqu grass.
