Simmered chicken wing

Material:

10 chicken feet, chicken wing, 15 gram medlarSimmered chicken wing, 1 chicken hull, 200 gram live pork skin, 600 gram bree, proper monosodium glutamate, refined salt, fish dew, pepper.

Doing method:

Cut away claw, pick out feet bone with knife, chicken wing cut wing end tine. With hull, live pigskin (trim white meat) put in boiled water and dip to cooked, take out and clean, lay in handless cup, one side is chicken feet, another side is chicken wing. Cover hull and pigskin on it. Then add bree, monosodium glutamate, refined salt, medlar(clean) in steam box braised for 2 hours with big fire and take out. Get rid of pigskin and hull.
