Duck egg twist

Why call it duch egg twist, now has two explanation, one is this Tangyuan big like duck egg, duck egg called female duck nit in Chaozhou language, so call duck egg twist, the other is Tangyuan float on water surface, like white female duck float on water, so call it duck egg twist.
The feature is shape like peel off lichee, fragrant and soft, just cooked is delicious and over cooked is also delicious.
