Tour involved foreign affairs hotel assessment report (in five copies)
One and two-star hotel assessed by tour bureau assessment group, and report to province tour bureau put on record.
Three and four star hotel assessed by tour bureau and recommend, province tour bureau assess, four-star report to nation bureau put on record.
Five-star hotel recommended by city tour bureau, province bureau auditing and first review, nation tour bureau assess.
