2.Declare unit bring forward written requisition¡úsection office accept document¡úundertaker first trial¡úDepartment lead approve¡úspot inspect¡úbureau lead examine and approve¡úbureau issue¡¶Safety appraisal¡·
3.Open seashore natatorium should possess follow terms:
(1)Has safe swimming area with obvious sign;
(2)Safe swimming area topography of bottom is placid, no steep or undulate place, no submerged reef and undercurrent;
(3)If there is shark appear nearby, must setting shark-proof net;
(4)Has lifesaving looking platform, motor life boat and lifeguard; lifeguard must through locus gym administration department training and get corresponding qualification, mount guard period must wear jacketing print ¡°lifeguard¡± front and back.
(5)Has ¡°Swimming guest safety notice¡± notification board and broadcast equipment wich broadcast safety notice proceeding to guest¡±
(6)Has swimmer property storage;
(7)Has medical treatment rescue and medicine person with professional rescue qualification.
4.Apply for¡¶Seashore natatorium ¡·, must submit follow document or material:
(1)Testify showed by superior department or seashore natatorium locus people¡¯s government;
(2)Field landform, safety equipment and attach business item explanation material;
(3)Safety management system;
(4)¡¶Sanitation license¡·, ¡¶Gym manage license¡·, ¡¶Maritime space use certificate¡·
