Item feasibility research report through consent of Sino joint venture administration department and enterprise name register certificate, business license (photocopy) and each party of joint venture member as of right certificate, contract signed by both parties, constitution (foreign enterprise only constitution), directorate list, report to the leadership for examining and approval.

Apply for getting approve contract: must submit approval document (include approve to item proposal, foreign enterprise application, feasibility research report, contract, constitution), item proposal, foreign enterprise application, feasibility research report, contract, constitution and directorate list through approval of examine institution, apply for approve certificate against province or city Business Administration Bureau. Approve certificate issued within ten days. After drawing certificate, investor should go to province or city Business Administration Bureau for get business license. After getting it, transact cachet, revenue, finance, bank account; apply to customs procedure against local police, tax, customs, finance, foreign exchange administration, insurance, commodity inspection.
